- The SME has Malaysian equity ownership of at least 60%.
- The SME is registered under the relevant laws of Malaysia.
- The SME has been in operation for at least six month (6 month) ; and
- For SMEs has been in operation for Six Month, the SME is required to have a minimum Per month turnover of RM5,000.
